Delete your SolDial account

You can permanently delete your SolDial account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, what is deleted, and how long it takes.

Delete your account in the app

In the SolDial app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted.

That's it — your account and data are queued for permanent deletion immediately, and your Tesla authorization is revoked so SolDial can no longer access your Tesla account.

Prefer to email us?

If you can't access the app, email privacy@soldial.com from the email address on your SolDial account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify ownership and process the request.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything we hold for you, including: your account and profile, your Tesla connection and access tokens, your energy and vehicle history (solar, Powerwall, and vehicle data), your automations and preferences, and your notification/push tokens. SolDial does not sell your data, and none of it is retained for marketing.

What may be kept, and for how long

We delete your data within 30 days of your request. We may retain a minimal set of records only where required for legal, tax, or financial-compliance reasons (for example, a record that a subscription transaction occurred) for the period required by law, after which it is also deleted. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store are managed by those stores; cancel renewals there.
