Soldial, LLC ("Soldial," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you create an account and connect your Tesla system, we collect the information necessary to provide the service, including energy data from your Powerwall and solar system accessed via the Tesla Fleet API with your explicit authorization.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to send you updates about Soldial's launch and early access availability. We will never sell your email address or personal information to third parties. Energy data accessed from your Tesla system is used solely to power your personal dashboard and provide forecasting and optimization features.

Tesla Account Data

Soldial connects to your Tesla account via Tesla's official Fleet API using OAuth 2.0. You authorize Soldial to access specific data scopes when you connect your account, and you can revoke this access at any time through your Tesla account settings. We store your Tesla API tokens securely and use them only to fetch data on your behalf.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Energy readings are stored to provide historical analysis and forecasting features within the app.

Cookies

Soldial uses essential cookies required for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

Soldial uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Neon for data storage. Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to operate Soldial.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your email address from our waitlist or your account data from our systems within 30 days.
