These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Soldial website and service operated by Soldial, LLC. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Service

Soldial provides an energy monitoring and optimization service for Tesla Powerwall and solar system owners. You must have a valid Tesla account and compatible energy system to use the full service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure.

Tesla Account Authorization

By connecting your Tesla account to Soldial, you authorize us to access your energy system data through Tesla's Fleet API. You may revoke this authorization at any time. Soldial is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

Subscription and Billing

Certain features of Soldial require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

No Warranties

Soldial is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that energy forecasts, optimization recommendations, or cost savings estimates will be accurate or achievable. Energy recommendations are informational only — always use your own judgment when making decisions about your energy usage.

Limitation of Liability

Soldial, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Soldial at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
