Service status — is SolDial up?
One page answers it: status.soldial.com shows the live state of every part of SolDial, checked from the outside every few minutes — with 90-day uptime history and incident updates. It runs on independent infrastructure, so it stays reachable even during a SolDial outage.
What’s on the page

Reading it during a hiccup
Three quick patterns cover almost every situation:
App red, Automations green — the app is unreachable but your rules are still firing. Annoying, not harmful; your home is still being managed.
Tesla Fleet API red — the problem is upstream at Tesla. Every Tesla-connected product is affected, and things resume on their own when Tesla recovers. Your Powerwall and cars keep working normally on their own logic the whole time.
Everything green but the app seems broken for you — the platform is up, so the issue is likely local: your sign-in, network, or device. Try a fresh sign-in, and if it persists email support@soldial.com — a green board plus your report is exactly the combination we want to hear about.
Incident history
When something does go wrong, the incident appears on the page in real time and the write-up stays under Previous incidents — what happened, how long it lasted, and when it resolved. During anything noteworthy we’ll also post updates there as we work it.
How it works
An independent monitoring service probes SolDial from the public internet every few minutes — the same way your phone reaches us. The Automations Engine check goes deeper: it calls a health endpoint that verifies the database is answering, the real-time engine evaluated rules within the last few minutes, and scheduled jobs are on time. If any of that fails, the component goes red on this page and our team is paged automatically — usually before anyone notices in the app.
